Breast Cancer Survivors
The journey through breast cancer can be daunting and, at times, overwhelming. The medical and treatment teams provide invaluable support. However, there comes a moment when you ring the bell for the final time, signifying the conclusion of treatment and the return to a semblance of "normalcy," or so one might believe. Regardless of your position in the recovery process, taking the time to reflect on all that has transpired, both emotionally and physically, can significantly influence how you reintegrate into daily life. As a social worker and coach, coupled with my personal experience of battling breast cancer twice, I understand this journey intimately, and am here to offer my assistance.
